% 10.03.2017 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied in the event his application dated 14th December, 1999 seeking conversion of Plot No. 1, Navjeevan Vihar, New Delhi from leasehold to freehold is decided.
Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA has no objection to the same.
Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-DDA to decide the petitioner's application dated 14th December, 1999 in accordance with law by way of a speaking order within four weeks.
With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent-DDA, he is given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
