Statement of Mr.Mukhtar Hussain/petitioner No.2 and Mohd.Rizwan LR of Late Mohd.Shahid has been recorded in court today whereby they have undertaken to vacate the suit property on or before 31.5.2019. They have also undertaken other terms and conditions. They shall remain bound by their undertaking to the court.

In view of the above undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present Revision Petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the undertaking of the petitioners, his client shall not execute the eviction order till 31.5.2019.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.

I undertake to this court to vacate and hand over vacant physical possession of the property No.6861, Ground Floor, Ahata Kidara, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi-110006 as described by the respondent in the Eviction Petition to the respondents on or before 31.5.2019. I undertake to pay the agreed rent, electricity and water charges for the period I am in occupation. I undertake not to cause any wilful damage to the property or induct any third party in the property. I admit the bona fide requirement of the petitioner. RO&AC JAYANT NATH, J.
