This is a joint application under Order 23 rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC filed by the plaintiff through his attorney Adil Singh Akoi and the defendant through its Director Manpreet Singh. The application is supported by affidavits of the attorney named above and the Director of the defendant company named above. The parties are present in Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the General Power of Attorney executed by Hardev Singh Akoi in favour of Adil Singh Akoi and Fateh Singh Akoi dated May 1, 2016 annexed as annexure A to the

application has never been revoked. The said statement is taken on record. 3.

The learned counsel for the parties states, the compromise is lawful. It is also stated by learned counsel for the plaintiff that the stamp duty and/or taxes if payable in law on the compromise decree and/or on the transaction, subject-matter of the compromise shall be borne by the plaintiff. The said statement is also taken on record.

In view of the prayer made in this application, the suit is decreed in terms of this application and its Annexures A to E. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly. Application is disposed of.
