versus STATE OF NCT OF DELHI & ORS.
..... Respondents Through:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 18.02.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners has paid what he states to be the last amount payable to the complainant i.e. Rs. 6.5 lacs by way of a Demand Draft bearing no. 505434 dated 11.02.2019 drawn on ICICI Bank, Gurgaon Branch. In effect, no more monies are claimed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 from the petitioners. However, the settlement involves one more person and the company, namely, Redbricks Estate Management Private Limited.
Insofar as the petitioners have discharged their liability, hence, the complainant would not like to pursue the complaint against them in their
personal capacity.
In the circumstances, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. Apropos Mr. Neeraj Bhalla, the State would pursue the investigations and the complainants would pursue their rights against the said person both as Director as well as in personal capacity and the company, insofar as the settlement is concerned.
The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 18, 2019 RW
