O R D E R

% 19.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law (elder brother of the husband of the complainant). There was a marital discord between the complainant and her husband. The present FIR is an outcome of the disputes between the complainant and her husband. Petitioner has been falsely implicated. After lodging of this FIR, complainant also filed another FIR bearing No. 456/2016 under section 498A/406/34 IPC read with section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act at PS Jyoti Nagar wherein petitioner was also implicated.

Subsequently, complainant and her husband compromised the matter and pursuant thereof the said FIR was quashed vide order dated 6th March, 2017 passed in WP(Crl.) 695/2017 by a Bench of Coordinate jurisdiction.

Keeping in mind the above facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer / IO/SHO concerned.
