% 28.08.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Respondent no.2-Ms. Meenakshi is present in Court along with her counsel, who accepts notice.

She has been identified by ASI Karamvir Singh of police station North Rohini. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 25th January, 2018 and she has no objection in case FIR No. 244/2011 under Sections 354/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful

purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
