The present appeal has been filed by the applicant/wife against the judgment dated 16.11.2015, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi allowing a petition filed by the Respondent/Husband under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

Learned counsel for the Respondent gives an assurance that her client has no intention and seeking execution of the impugned judgment dated 16.11.2015.

Learned counsel for the appellant/wife informs us that his client has already filed a divorce petition before the Family Court, Patiala House Court on 03.04.2017 which is now listed on 18.07.2017, as an amendment is required in the said petition.
