O R D E R

% 18.10.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to establish social ties and file a special leave petition. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the residential address of the petitioner has been verified and it was found that the mother and sister of the petitioner were residing at H.No. H-50, 3rd Floor, Muradi Road, Batla House, Jamia Nagar as a tenant and the father of the petitioner was working as a supervisor in a company at Kolkata.

Though the ground for re-establishing social ties may not be genuine for the reason the petitioner was released on interim bail thrice in this year W.P.(CRL) 2737/2016

during the pendency of the appeal and the last interim bail was for the period from 9th April, 2016 to 11th April, 2016, however considering the fact that the appeal was dismissed by this Court on 29th May, 2016 and the petitioner has to file a special leave petition and as per the nominal roll every time when he was released on bail he surrendered on time, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM/ Duty Magistrate, further subject to the condition that he will not leave the NCR in this period of parole. Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
