% 08.11.2016 On the last date of hearing, Mr.Sunjoy Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 made a statement that there are no seats available in any OBC outside Delhi category. Today he also states that the seats of OBC are not interchangeable with the seats of SC/ST category. He further states that no seats are available in General category also. Mr.Rathoure, does not controvert this position. He at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
