% 19.09.2016 The petitioner seeks furlough of 21 days on the ground that his mother is unwell. It is submitted that the petitioner has to take care of his mother. Status report has been filed and facts have been verified. It is stated in the status report that mother of petitioner is working as a vegetable seller at Rajiv Gandhi Chowk, Sawan Park, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. The petitioner's brothers are taxi drivers.
The petitioner's mother did not produce any medical document of her health condition.
The petitioner has already availed parole of one month in the May/June, 2016. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in my view, no ground is made out for grant of furlough to petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
