% 26.11.2018 CM No. 39796/2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the clarifications sought for in this application, we clarify that apart from the Emergency Vehicles (Fire Brigade, Ambulance etc.), School Buses, Police vehicles, as are mentioned in para 6(b) of the order dated 17th April, 2018,

DTC buses, water tankers and the vehicles required for taking out the garbage from the area in question are permitted to be plied on the road in question.

With the aforesaid clarification, the application is disposed of. A complaint is made before us during the hearing that the undertaking given by the counsel representing the East Delhi Municipal Corporation in Cont.Cas(C) 689/2018 i.e the undertaking in para 5 of the order 12th September, 2018 has not been complied with. That being so, the petitioner is at liberty to seek revival of Cont.Cas(C) 689/2018 or initiate fresh contempt proceedings in accordance with law.
