% 28.09.2016 Crl. M.A. No.15261/2016 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
BAIL APPLN. 2001/2016 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the petitioner may apply for bail once the independent witnesses,
who are stated to be five in number, have been examined and crossexamined. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the evidence of the said independent witnesses. Neither the prosecution nor the accused shall seek adjournment for the said purpose. It is hoped that the evidence of the said witnesses shall be recorded within the next two months. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
