% 14.09.2016 Mr. O.N. Sharma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is stated that the petitioner may get in touch with minor girl child, who is studying in Viraj Shri Ram International School, Boisar, Mumbai. Minor brother of the girl child is also studying in the same school. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is satisfied. It is stated that for medical reasons, the petitioner is not in a position to travel to Mumbai, and will visit the minor girl in Mumbai as and when she is fit.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has stated that the respondent No.2 would abide by the compromise decree dated 7th March, 2014 and in case the respondent No.2 wants any modification, he will take steps in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
