% 31.08.2018 The petitioner has appropriate remedies against the order-in-original dated 27.04.2018 made by the Additional Commissioner by way of an appeal. In case the appeal is preferred within two weeks, the same shall be considered on merits. As far as the other relief with respect to the pendency of the application before the concerned CMM, New Delhi District Courts, it is open to him to approach the appropriate Court for directions in this regard. The writ petition and the pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
