% 22.01.2016 CRL.M.A. 1201/2016 The present is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Crimfinal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) praying as follows: "(a) Modify the Order dated 07.10.2015 to the extent that the personal bond and surety be furnished before the Trial Court to the satisfaction of the Presiding Officer of the Trial Court.
(b) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice." Mr. Mahajan, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the official respondent, fairly does not oppose the present application in view of the circumstance that it is a mere formality. In view of the foregoing, the present application is allowed. The order dated 07.10.2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on parole on furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court instead of the Superintendent,
Central Jail, Tihar. The other terms and conditions imposed by way of order dated 08.01.2015 passed by this Court shall remain the same. With the above direction the application is disposed of. Dasti.
