% 16.12.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was only driving the motorcycle on which two co-accused persons were also sitting and out of whom one had fired at the injured. Petitioner is in custody for about one and a half year.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
