This application has been filed to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and the defendants no.1 and 2. 2.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and defendants no.1 and 2. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendants no.1 and 2.

The terms of the settlement are mentioned in Paragraphs no. 4, 5 and 6 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
