% 08.07.2016 This writ petition had been preferred by the petitioners to seek quashing of FIR No.229/2006 under Section 120B/417/420/465/467/468/471 IPC registered with Police Station M.S. Park, Delhi. During the pendency of the petition, the charge-sheet stands filed by the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of filing of the charge-sheet, since the petitioners would have an occasion to seek

discharge, the petitioners does not wish to press this petition. It shall be open to the petitioners to raise all arguments before the Trial Court in this regard.
