Bail Appln. 912/2015 Petitioner is in custody for the last about two years. Trial is underway.

Petitioner is pursuing M.A. SOL, PM and Yoga by distance education programme from the Jain Vishwabharti Institute (Deemed University), Rajasthan. It is submitted that one month training programme, as prescribed by University, is compulsory for all the students. The training programme is being held in Delhi from 15th May, 2015 to 14th June, 2015 at

Swami Dharmanand, Adhyatma Sadhna Kendra, Chhatarpur Road, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

A notice issued by the Directorate of Distance Education has been annexed as Annexure P-7. It is further submitted that petitioner's sister is residing at 129/C, Gali No. 5, East Azad Nagar, Delhi - 110031 and the petitioner would be staying with her, if interim bail is granted to him. This petition is supported by the affidavit of brother-in-law of petitioner as parokar of the petitioner.

In the said affidavit this very address finds mentioned.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, interim bail is granted to the petitioner from 15th May, 2015 to 15th June, 2015 subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. During the interim bail petitioner shall report to SHO of police station Krishna Nagar once a week. Petitioner shall also not leave territorial bounds of Delhi during this period Application is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
