The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that despite best efforts, the petitioner is not able to trace out the whereabouts of the respondents and, therefore, the respondents remain un-served. 2.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh as and when the petitioner is able to locate the whereabouts of the respondents. 3.
