CA No.126/2019 By the present application, it is prayed that in order dated 04.09.2018 this court while dismissing the petition had granted leave and liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh claim if at later stage required. However, inadvertently instead of a 'fresh scheme' fresh claim was mentioned in the order dated 04.09.2018. Hence, it is prayed for correction of the said typographical error. It is ordered accordingly. The application stand disposed of.
