Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.101/2015, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Neb Sarai. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already settled the matter with the BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, New Delhi and paid a sum of Rs.54,555/- and seeks quashing of the aforesaid FIR.

Learned counsel for the BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, New Delhi submits that they have no objection if the present FIR is quashed as the matter has been settled with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State also submits that he has no objection if the present FIR No.101/2015 is quashed. Moreso, they are only performa parties.

Statements of petitioner as well as of AR of the respondent No.2/BSES Rajdhani Power Limited have been recorded separately to this effect.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the FIR No.101/2015, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amend.), 2003 registered at Police Station Neb Sarai and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 7.

The petitioner is, however, burdened with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, DHC. Cost deposited. A copy of receipt of Rs.5,000/- is taken on record. 8.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
