% 03.01.2018 C.M.No.130/2018 (for stay) in RSA 303/2016 This application seeks restrainment of the appellants from creating any third party interest in any manner in the entire property of the respondent i.e. 5417-5422, Ladu Ghati, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055. Mr. Rajat Aneja, the learned counsel for the appellants, who appears on advance notice, states upon instructions that the matter stands disposed off in terms of the order dated 19.10.2016 and the appellants are duty bound to comply with the same and in any case there is no question of creating any third party interest in the said property.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed off. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
