% 11.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner had sought directions to respondent No.1 to 3 for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.826/2016 under Sections 295A/506/354B/323/34 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions informs that the investigation in the aforementioned FIR has since been transferred to the District Investigation Unit of District, West. Thus, the prayer made in the petition having been allowed and investigation transferred to a specialized agency, no further orders are called for in the present petition.
