After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant prays that the matter be remanded back as it is required to lead evidence on the mutation entry for which revenue records will be required to be summoned. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the respondent is a proforma respondent.

A perusal of the previous proceedings would show that despite the notice being served through publication, respondent Nos.2 to 16 have chosen not to appear. As noted in order dated 06.03.2025, service qua the respondents is complete.

In view of the above, the matter is remanded back to the concerned Court for deciding the same afresh.
