The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in Case FIR No.328/2016 under Section 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Shalimar Bagh. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2016.
Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner.
Complainant's counsel has no objection to the grant of bail as the matter has been settled between the parties, it being primarily, a matrimonial dispute.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the settlement arrived at between the parties i.e. complainant (victim's wife) and the petitioner, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
