% 22.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner had impugned order dated 10.08.2018 and had sought permission to travel to Dubai on weekends for the purpose of solemnization of marriage of his daughter.

The petitioner was granted permission subject to conditions by this Court. Marriage has already been solemnized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already returned and as such petition has become infructuous.
