After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that defendant no.3 in the suit and who is the appellant no.1 in this appeal will get 2/3rd ownership interest in the suit property bearing no.G-41, Malka Ganj, New Delhi. The balance 33.33% ownership in the suit property will vest jointly and equally with the four respondents, namely Sh. Keshav Kumar, Sh. Gulshan Kumar, Smt. Usha Kiran and Smt. Santosh Kumari. A preliminary decree for partition is accordingly passed declaring the shares of the parties in the suit property as stated above. 2.

Now final decree proceedings will have to take place and

accordingly the parties will appear before the trial court where final decree proceedings are pending on 8th April, 2019, the date already fixed. 3.
