% 16.12.2019 Mr.Amit Mahajan, learned standing counsel for the Union of India, has handed over an affidavit dated 13.12.2019. The same is taken on record. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the husband of the petitioner i.e., detenue shall be challenging the detention order as well as the order passed under the SAFEMA Act.

In view thereof the present writ petition along with all pending applications are dismissed as not pressed.
