% 16.09.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.628/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 63/ 63B of the Copyright Act against the petitioner. Mr. Sumit Grover, the complainant and authorised signatory of the complainant company M/s Wings CAD India Pvt. Ltd. is present. He states that settlement dated 23.08.2016 has been arrived at between the parties out of free will and consent of the complainant. The settlement amount of Rs.6,30,000/- has been received. The complainant states that he has not

been subjected to any pressure or coercion and that he has entered the settlement out of his own free will. The complainant further states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed. The case property seized by the I.O. shall be released to the petitioner forthwith.
