% 01.09.2015 The present petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation of FIR No.530/2013 (P.S. Tilak Nagar) instituted under Sections 498A and 406/34 of the IPC to the Crime Branch as the Police is not investigating the case properly.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed.

In that view of the matter, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission accorded.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
