CM APPL 17315/2018 & CM APPL 21817/2018 (for directions) This Court has considered the submissions of the parties. During the pendency of these applications it was alleged that cracks and holes appeared in the roof of shop nos.470, 471 and 472. Having regard to the previous orders, and also further that the parties are

unable to work out appropriate arrangement, also given the circumstance that the premises under the control of the applicant are commercial located on the ground floor, this Court has put to the counsel the feasibility of appointing a PWD/registered contractor. After considering this submission and also the names furnished in this regard the Court hereby permits the applicant to engage the services of Sh.Karan Dixit at the following address - C/o M/s Shankar Associates B-10, East Baldev Park, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110054 (MCD Reg. No.A-151/149, Mobile No.9313605584) (hereafter referred to as the Contractor).

The above contractor shall inspect the premises and carry out necessary repairs to the roof of the premises i.e. Shop Nos.470, 471 and 472. Mr.Shehzad Hussain, At Techno Fire Solutions 3931/37, 3rd Floor, Om Market, Shardanand Marg, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi (Mobile Nos.9654794944 & 9310107957) shall act as an architect to ensure the installation of the water tank and compliance with the fire safety norms. The repairs and renovations, shall be completed as early as possible - within four weeks from today.

The above order has been made with the consent of the parties. The applications are disposed of.
