O R D E R

% 23.09.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent University, under instructions, submits that in view of the peculiar facts of the case of the petitioner and the exceptional circumstances that the petitioner could not appear for the counseling on account of demise of her grandmother on the very morning of the first counseling, the Admission Committee has considered to make an exception in the case of the petitioner and has agreed to consider the petitioner in the next round of counseling for the available seats. The statement of the counsel for the respondent University is taken on record.

The respondents shall consider the petitioner in the next round WP(C) 8041/2016

of counselling, in accordance with her merit, for the remaining seats. Since the representation of the petitioner has been considered in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the same shall not be considered as a precedent.
