Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the withdrawal of the impugned orders, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh petition in case the need so arises. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
