The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to seek similar relief before the arbitral tribunal as and when constituted. 2.

The petitioner is directed to take effective steps for constitution of the arbitral tribunal and in case of any delay or difficulty, the petitioner is also at liberty to approach this Court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
