The petitioner challenges the Award of tender to respondent no.3 contending that he was not eligible and furthermore that there were irregularities in the process of tender and award of contract. Learned counsel for the DDA who had produced the file stated during the hearing that Commissioner (Sports) has instructed him to state before this Court that the award of the tender and the subject tender would be cancelled.

The respondent DDA shall take consequential steps within the next three days in this regard.
