Learned counsel for the respondents however states that she has received an order dated 13.10.2017 issued by the respondent/CRPF, according to which pursuant to a 18 Bn office order No.p.VII-09/2017-Estt1 dated 05.09.2017, the petitioner has been sanctioned his 1st ACP w.e.f. 09.08.1999 in pay Scale of Rs.3200-85-4900 & 2nd ACP w.e.f. 09.08.1999 in pay Scale 5500-175-9000. She further submits that the petitioner's pay has accordingly been fixed vide office order No.P.I-4/2016-SRC-1/223(47) Bn dated 13.10.2017 and the case for revision of his pension has already been sent to Pay and Account Office, Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi along with service book & pension file.

A copy of the aforesaid order is handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents and is taken on record. A copy of the aforesaid order is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that in view of the same nothing survives for the adjudication in the present petition.
