O R D E R

% 14.09.2018 This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the work of 'construction of new office building at Supreme Court of India, New Delhi (SH- Civil and Internal Electrical Work)' awarded by the respondent in favour of the petitioner vide Letter of Acceptance dated 11.09.2012 and Letter of Award dated 25.09.2012.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court. Keeping in view the contents of the petition as also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of one year with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
