We are informed that the respondents No.4 and 5 have filed an appeal under Section 64 of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, before the Deputy Commissioner (North) in terms of the order dated 05.08.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.6840/2016. 2.

Therefore, it appears that the present appeal assailing the order of the learned Single Judge is rendered infructuous. 3.

The present appeal is disposed of with the direction to the Deputy Commissioner (North) to ensure that the appeal filed before him by the respondents No. 4 and 5 is expeditiously disposed of in any case within a period of six months from today.
