In this petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the validity of certain orders passed by the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi during the period 16.02.2014 to 15.02.2015 alleging that the same were not in conformity with the provisions of Article 239-B of the Constitution of India.

Having perused the writ averments, it appears to us that the attempt on the part of the petitioner to agitate such stale issues is not bonafide and the matter, therefore, does not deserve to be entertained as a public interest litigation.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
