O R D E R

% 26.07.2017 Learned counsel for parties state that matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 02.02.2017. The settlement agreement has been filed on record. Learned counsel for parties submit that both the parties have undertaken to adhere to the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 02.02.2017 and shall be bound by it. Pursuant to said settlement, learned counsel for plaintiff has handed over the original discharge letters of defendant No.6 & 7 today in the Court per clause No.5g. The suits filed by the said defendants, per para No.5f have already been withdrawn by them from District Courts, Gurugram, Haryana.

Accordingly, the suit of the plaintiff and pending application is disposed of having been compromised in terms of settlement agreement dated 02.02.2017. The terms of settlement as embodied therein shall form part of the decree. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
