% 11.05.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24th August, 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 649/2014 whereby the act of the respondents in denying the right to the petitioner to shift from the Contributory Provident Fund Pension Scheme to General Provident Fund Pension Scheme was held to be unsustainable. This Court in identical matters has passed a detailed order dated 01st May, 2017. Since the said order applies to the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no orders are called for in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, present contempt petition is closed.
