% 14.09.2016 Petitioner Radha is stated to be the widow of Deepak Kumar. It is stated that Deepak Kumar has since died on 20.05.2016. Deepak Kumar was enjoying protection in terms of an order in Contempt Case No.22/2016 passed by this Court on 04.02.2016. That order has been perused. The submission of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner was squatting in front of shop No. 138, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. Additional submission is that the petitioner should be substituted for the deceased squatter. Another submission made is that she is protected under Section 3 (3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. Admittedly, a Town Vending Committee (TVC) has since been constituted qua the respondent. The right of the petitioner will be

determined by the TVC. The petitioner is permitted to approach the TVC and the TVC will answer the grievance of the petitioner, if any. Petition disposed of.
