% 26.05.2017 Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the Bank Guarantee is of Rs.62,55,000/- and the amount received pursuant to the encashment of the Bank Guarantee has been put into a fixed deposit with Yes Bank, Kamla Nagar Branch, Delhi and that the respondent shall not encash the fixed deposit without prior permission of this court/learned Arbitrator. The Bank Guarantee is of Rs.62,50,000/-. The Fixed Deposit shall not be encahsed unless a direction is passed by the learned Arbitrator under section 17 of the Act to the contrary. Petition stands disposed of.
