CM APPL. 42450/2018 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. The petitioner however seeks time to comply with the directions in the impugned order dated 11.08.2016 of the learned ADJ-04, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS No. 7615/16 seeking extension of one week's time for compliance of the making of the payment of the court fees as directed thereby to which there is no opposition on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 3 to 14.

The respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 15 not being represented today despite service, no further opportunity is thus being granted for the same.
The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn as prayed with liberty granted to the petitioner to comply with the directions dated 11.08.2016 vide the impugned order of the learned ADJ-04, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS No. 7615/16 within a period of 10 days as prayed.
