Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Corporation had challenged the order dated 25.02.2017 whereby the learned Trial Court had held that it had jurisdiction and posted the same for further proceedings in accordance with law.

However, it is informed that since the concerned plaintiff i.e. M/s. Cool All Beverages Pvt. Ltd. did not pursue its matter, their suit has already been dismissed-in-default on 17.03.2025.

A copy of such order has also been shown during the course of the arguments.

Such copy has been retained on record.

Since the suit in question has already been dismissed-in-default, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. 6.
