% 31.05.2017 Respondent No.1 has produced the medical record pertaining to respondent No.2, which was produced before the Tribunal, and on the basis of which the petitioner's Original Application was rejected. The same has also been shown to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel is now satisfied that the visual disability of respondent No.2 to the extent of 40% was opined by the Medical Board consisting of two doctors and one Chairman, who had examined respondent No.2 on all the relevant parameters before making the report with regard to his disability.
