% 04.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to move the first appellate court for extension of time for deposit of the amount as required in the order suspending the substantive sentence under Section 389 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.). The petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
