1. The Court has perused the further status report dated 4th July, 2019 filed by the ADM (SE) explaining the basis for calculation of compensation for acquisition of the Petitioner's land.
2. Mr Saurav Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks an opportunity to explain to the ADM (SC) the factual position, produce the relevant documents and to persuade him to reconsider the compensation amount calculated by him.
3. The Petitioner is permitted to appear before the ADM (SE), through her
counsel, together with the relevant documents on 16th September, 2019 at 3.30 pm. A reasoned order be passed thereafter by the ADM (SE). If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such an order, it will be open to her to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The Petitioner is permitted inspection of the documents available with the ADM (SE) on the basis of which the impugned order was passed determining the compensation.
