W.P.(C) 8976/2018 & CM 34628/2018 The grievance of petitioner is that in July, 2017 petitioner had learnt that he is at Sr. No. 1 for allotment of alternate plot measuring 400 square yards. It is submitted that even after one year the said allotment has not been made.

Instead of approaching this Court, in the first instance, petitioner ought to have made a Representation to respondent-DDA to find out as to why the allotment of the said plot has not been made. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that precise and concise Representation not exceeding W.P.(C) 8976/2018

4 or 5 pages would be submitted to respondent-DDA within a week. Upon receiving such a Representation, respondent-DDA shall given a speaking response to the said Representation within four weeks and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With the aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
